Honestly, considering the things they've both survived, I'd they're probably equal.
Creatures that would still be ruling the earth if not for that convenient Asteroid vs modern monstrosities that can become anything, and are constantly evolving into even worse horrors?
And these two continually survive against them again and again.
I bet the Zombies and Dinosaurs are sitting back listening to this argument and thinking they wouldn't want to meet either of them in a dark alley.

I know. That game was Namco x Capcom. It's RPG style, but it looked so interesting. To this day, I still don't understand why it wasn't released in the US and Europe. :/ Perhaps it was probably due the fact that it'd take too much time to translate it to english and other languages.

That is Regina from Dino Crisis. It was either you played Resident Evil or Dino Crisis. I thought it was fun!

Jill, having dealt with a first a mansion filled with Bio-Organic Weapons, then a city filled with MORE B.O.Ws, then a boat with a whole new echelon of monstrosities in Revelations is the better choice. Also, if you compare the enemies, the B.O.Ws are a much more powerful foe due to the inabilty to be halted, constant evolution, and unpredictablity. Would a dinosaur need to be incinerated to prevent it's evolution into a faster enemy with 12 inch claws and a bad case of rosatia? Nope. Were the dinosaurs once your friends, comrades, or loved ones? If so then you need to see a doctor! Are the dinosaurs tailor made to be the most effective killing mechanism in exsistence? Not in most cases. That "double tap" nessecity, ability to force yourself to do what is needed, and experience with efficient killers would transfer easily into combat against other sentient beings e.g. Regina.
