She will show you Hammer Diplomacy. Poppy is a the hardest hitting Yordle in the game of league of Legends. She is an awesome champ and I wish I could play her better. If she is built right, she can cause some serious pain. Seriously.Poppy is owned by those gangsta's at Riot, being all O.P. and stuff. She is not my character.
