Your smile is well visible here and really happy (if a little mischievous) and that is what I like about this photo.
But for once, I would prefer it to be truly nude. Whatever you have around your waist, only a rim of cloth is visible so it doesn't add any to the composition. In fact it disturbs the shapes and lessens the natural feeling (yes I'm a freak when it comes to natural

Enough sarcasm from me now lol... Here's the real deal.
Its a good shot. I think a little extra effort on the lighting would have made it a great shot. Some bounce or reflectors used with a strobe could help clean up the lines so the shot looks more focused with less noise. With a tack sharp image you add a glamor filter to create a soft focus effect without making it seem unfocused or fuzzy.
As a make-up artist... and a fat girl... I have a little bit of advice...
Try not to go with black liner around the waterline of the eyelids. Because our faces are pudgy, our eyes already look like they are squished closer together. This black only amplifies that effect making it seem like our eyes are far too small for our faces and we are squinting like we can't see whats going on. Instead, go with a lighter brown liner just below the bottom lashes. Then use shadows to create the illusion of larger eyes that stand out. This will help get rid of that "squinting" look. A bright shimmering shadow on the lid with lowlights and highlights in the crease and below the brow bone will brighten your eyes and help them stand out better.
*note to all haters* THIS is what a critique should look like... take notes on how it's done... have more respect... don't be douche bags!
