Description
This is an old photo, the photographer.. Marco sent me a few prints from the work we did while I lived in L.A.This house was once owned by Charlie Chaplin..... and after the few shots we did in the tub... I almost went out the window! Neither of us realized till I tried to stand up that the tub was not anchored to the floor in any way so when I put pressure on the sides to stand up the tub flipped up and threw me against the window!

charlie chaplin old home and its a b/w cool, the grain always adds a forgotten atmosphere to an image, and it sucks about the tub i would freaked out

The image has a early 20th century style to it that I enjoy but isn't locked in realism. Your form becomes more "form" and less "person" and because it is a recognizable form with hefty erotic symbolism the tendency for me is to slip into a surrealistic dream state. In which I find myself alone in a bathroom (perhaps more significant because of the typical male puberty discovery/privacy issues, etc.) and aroused by your exposure--thus I'm prone to turn this into (and commit) an onanistic fantasy but at the same time I'm guilted by the very real fact that this isn't some conjured fantasy but is rather real and I'm not actually alone in the room.
In short, this piece screams erotic unease.

It is that too! I guess that's sorta what I was getting at--your body, in this image, transcends "body" by becoming whatever object the viewer's psyche is tuned to. To you, soft bubbles. To Mr-Willendorf, the unease. To sieurin, a sense of death/tragedy. To me, a bizarre romp through erotic form.
Sorry for rambling in this bizarre way. I normally never comment on work (although I need to be better with that) so when I do see something I like I tend to just ramble away at a breakneck pace.

This one is dark, disturbing and fills me with unease... On the other hand I love the shape of your ass, but this photo doesn't have the same sexuality/erotica feeling a lot of your images have, obviously that wasn't the point of this one... Really an interesting photo, and a rare one from you that my first emotion isn't lust...

I was on the third floor....lol. No the first 2 floors were being used by a non profit organization to helping underprivileged kids.
