I really like this a lot, conceptually and visually. My one technical note is that the area around the red whip isn't very clean. You can see splashes of color on his fingertips and leg, as well as on your hand. Going back into the image with a more fine brush tool might be a good idea, just to touch up.

It's the sort of thing that is hard to control at first. I have a tablet, so the stylus makes it easy, but I'm guessing you're working with a mouse. Kudos for the overall look! It's super sexy.

This isn't a style I've had much experience with, however, I'll do my best to comment well!
I love the splash of colour - I think it helps to symbolise the pain and even the power of the dom.
It could also be viewed as blood...
What colour were your nails for this shoot... were they red?? If so I think you should see what it would look like with them in colour too as it could act as an extension of the whip....

Actually they were purple, I thought when i was editing them I should have had red nails..lol.
I did try to color them with a "paint Brush" tool but they looked funny and fake.
