Three things about this shot caught my eye:
1. Excellent shading in the Black&White format.
2. Camera angle. This is a very interesting perspective.
3. The luscious curves of your body. Damn! (You did not hear me say that...)

I like the way the light play with the curves of our body. Was this photo of your body extracted from another photo and placed on the solid black back ground? The BG almost looks too perfect. I love the effect however. I am going to try this on one of my images. Nice job Theresa.

It was a king sized black sheet the I taped to the wall and let lay onto the ground then I used the tripod and self timer to take the photo.

Wow! I had to go back a look again. There is not a wrinkle in the sheet.
As a side question that I keep wanting to ask and keep forgetting. My I ask how tall you are. The reason I ask is that your thighs and legs appear to be about the same length and shape as my own wife's are.

She will. We just talked about it last evening. Her only requirement is that she wants to wear a wig. She / I have 3 or 4 the she can wear.

I'll be honest, this evokes a reaction from me. I'm sure you know this is a long way from the conventional model or conventional nude. Because of it's humanity and raw truth however it is a lot more interesting.
A few of your gallery images verge on pornographic in my opinion... heh. Nothing wrong with that but not something I can artistically critique... this however wouldn't look out of place in an art gallery. HIGHLY provocative. Extremely good contrast.
I think this photo would be even more interesting with higher clarity. If we could make out the intonations of the flesh, the scars and lines etc. with absolute vividity I think it could become a +fav easily!

Definitely true. Saying that I always thought one man's erotica was another person's porn without denial. But I understand that is simplifying it. I guess I can only comment on things that exicte me artistically but I can certainly enjoy and appreciate things without giving feedback!
