Description
Some new NPCs and some more important characters! In the top row we have the Nalbrys quorum members, Counselors Heste, Lima, Vahman, Burkal, and Thorne. Next to them is the wonderful lady Shesa (Spoilers I guess, but she won't be introduced for a while).

I'm actually about 90% done with what I technically had scheduled for chapter 4, but since it's mostly cutscenes, I think can fit in some Chapter 5 stuff. But after this I need to stop and plan for a wile because it's getting into the complicated plot stuff and I want to make sure I filled in the holes. Some of it I left pretty vague when I outlined.
