Description
During the holidays I took the opportunity to repair an old IBM Thinkpad R51 and predictably opted to revive it with nothing less than my beloved NetBSD. While a 586 CPU and 256MB of volatile memory do pose some restraints, the overall performance and reliability of such a machine is nonetheless amazing after 17 years and it fits my daily studying routine surprisingly well.
