Description Hey hey look

I dunno, my old tutorial was all out of date and crappy and I was really really bored tonight so I threw this together.
Except "threw together" isn't exactly right because this ended up taking up my whole night.
Ah well. I think it's a lot better than my old tutorial.
Also, this tutorial assumes that you have a basic knowledge of Photoshop. I assume you already know what the tools are and what layers are and all that.

I apologize for the size though. 150+ inches tall? Jeeez.
Yeah, I said I might print it but at that size I SERIOUSLY DOUBT IT.

This is a good tutorial. Problem with me is I know HOW to do the shadeing in PhotoShop, I just don't know how to shade in general. xP

Yes, the glasses must be shiny. Obey the shiny glasses, for they are shiny. XD

another thing not mentioned: you can change colors easily without worrying about the color 'enlarging' while using the paintbrush. Above on the top bar with the brush information,(windows) you'll see a box with anti-aliased next to it. click this off and you dont have to worry about the colors spilling over when you color solid colors in. It only works on solid colors though.

[laughs] I finally got to this. Awesome tutorial. I will certainly use this should I ever get the guts to color something!

I will keep this in mind for when I actually get Photoshop.

PhotoImpact Pro is fine and all but it doesn't let me use layers for some reason. So I don't use it.

Coolness! I had not thought to use the pencil tool to outline things and then fill them. That trick will cut my coloring time nicely, I think. =] The bit with the hard light setting is pretty great too, another thing where I just would've sat there and gone 'WARGH I forgot that detail what do I do?!' and then messed up the whole thing somehow. 9.9;

*favs 'cause it was helpful*
