You should check out the job forum... they post projects and job openings a lot for that sort of thing. To be fair, there's a lot of undercutting, price-wise, but it's always worth answering them for added exposure.

Well, just to warn you, a lot of the jobs come to nothing, and you always gotta make sure you won't get ripped off, but I have gotten a few legit jobs out of it.
