A short animation I made this afternoon. The quality is far better on my computer, but I had to use a special software to convert the AVI video to the SWF format and this quality is now lost.
I do not own disney's characters.

I drew it with ArtRage and I made the frame-by-frame with MonkeyJam !

I did a few in the past, but I didn't find a suitable program that's free and usable with a tablet.

okay, I see. Well I had the same problem before, but I found out Monkey Jam, free !
It took my long but I don't know how to do it more easily than frame by frame =0 !
If you wanna do flash animation, there is also Vectorian Giotto (free too)
