What a wonderful shot in so many ways...getting the flag at full wave, the clouds creating a dramatic backdrop, the nicely chosen angle which makes the building stand tall and imposing, and the somewhat whimsical side of the face of a girl who looks down when the viewer is inclined to look up...they all come together so nicely into the completed whole.

One thing I would like to see is perhaps a few steps lower in the brightness and a little up on the contrast. That way you will have a little bit less of the white/washing effect. (If you look at the sky, the beach, the building and the clouds you can see that they are all of similar color temperatures. By playing with brightness/contrast or perhaps even saturation or other color settings, you will help them differentiate from each other a little bit more, and the picture will seem more alive and more dramatic.) This picture is just so cool...

I like it. I like it a lot.
