Nicely taken; I like how you have the focal point (that would be the garbage, in my opinion) not centered; it adds interest to the photo. This would definitely be something that I would see in environmentalist, or an ad that discourages littering. I hate to see garbage and junk just floating in the water; it's just sad to see how most of mankind treats the land he lives on.
