Edit: Finally got fed up with the hideous background, and it looks much better now. Slightly more context, although I have no idea what's happening. He appears to be jumping out of the fog and through some ectoplasmic fire. And of course I did this when I should have been doing homework. Isn't that the way I work? Depressing.

I'd forgotten how absolutely easy Danny Phantom is to draw. Danny Phantom was, after all, the first fanart I've ever done that actually looked decent. This was...lessee...the summer after the show premiered, so... 2004. And I haven't done any DP fanart since, due to the fact that my attention was caught by Teen Titans by the time school started that year, and with Teen Titans my attention stayed until it was canceled.

Wouldn't it figure that I'd draw this and finish it in the space of three days while an incomplete Avatar picture that I haven't worked on in over a month sits on my laptop, wasting away. Ah, the power of fangirlism. All the while, I totally should have been studying for finals.

Seriously, as soon as I saw this episode (online, since I am but a mere American citizen), my mind exploded at the awesomeness that is Samurai Danny Phantom. It was just shear cool, to the point where regular ol' Danny Phantom was almost disappointing. But of course he isn't, he's just the cutest, hottest ghost fighter out there.
