You can blame ~genesischant for this. Every time he would upload one of his amazing dickgrayson!batman redesigns I would suddenly be motivated to work on this.
I wanted to go with a sleeker design for the acrobat, with a more streamlined suit (less spandex, more versatile) and a less unwieldy cape, and a new, cooler logo design.
This picture went over about a zillion revisions, with all kinds of people contributing, fangirls and DC fans alike bonded together to help me with this picture. Much love to all of you.
