Very cool, but I'd like an example you had in mind for:

This is so I can give them examples if they don't quite understand either.

Mundane Magic: This could refer to either simple, seemingly magical everyday phenomena(like those instant-fire sticks and moving picture boxes) or magical creatures blending into a modern/mundane world (sort of like Charles D'lint's novels where magical elements like Crow girls and faerie can live alongside the rest of the world entirely unnoticed)or maybe even the non-magic equivalent of a fairy tale creature (maybe a pyro-technician parallels a dragon?). I think part of the fun would be decided how magical or how mundane to make it.
Under-Appreciated Appliances: Any "instrument, apparatus, or device for a particular purpose or use" that could use a little more love, be it the hard-working dishwasher or the simple, yet indispensable bottle opener.
Hopefully this was at least a little helpful though I probably shouldn't type out replies at midnight. =__=;;

How often are we going to be doing these challenges? I thought that once a month would be nice, because it gives people the opportunity and time to work on something quite large and detailed if they wanted to.
