Yesterday was sooo HOT I couldn't think of anything to draw. I mean anything! So I went to my room to sleep for about 23 mins and then I woke up with plenty of ideas to draw. Looking back, I did about 3 drawings of Powerline and I thought it would be nice to draw him again. This isn't the first time I drew him in this outfit. In A Goofy Movie, we saw him with his signature yellow jumpsuit with the neutron symbol on his chest but thought about if he had any other clothes he would have. I did one wear he just had a gray sweatshirt and he was talking on an oldschool cellphone. And then of course what he's wearing right here. I really like this outfit I gave him because it gives that early 1990's feel wth the bright colors. I had to a lot of research on 90's fashion. Of course I know the basics of what people wore back then and what type of technology they had back then, but it wasn't enough to just go with what I know. I needed inspiration from different varities of 90's fashion. I liked it but then I thought this would fit 80's style more but then when I did research, I found out both 80's and 90's had these jackets but the arrangement was different. I also looked up 90's colors too just to be on the save side. And added checked print to be creative with it and came up with this. I updated this because last time, I did this on MS Paint (well technically I did it on the new program too but I drew it on MS Paint and finished the details on Autodesk Sketchbook).

I know Powerline's fade looks different than the one he had on A Goofy Movie, I wanted to put my own little spin on his high top.
