My half of an Art Trade with She wanted me to draw her Orca, Umilak.

Mother Russia flows strongly in this Bull

Sice he's a Captive Orca I decided to go with a shamu-cam style. Which was a bit of a challenge trying to make it look like a tank without using any linework on the background, but I believe I accomplished what I wanted. Anyway Umilak's tank does seem a bit too shallow for him but by looking at his current mood I think he is probably going to have a check up, and he's been moved to a semi-shallow tank for safety precautions from what I've read up about him.

Hope you like it I really enjoyed drawing this, instant love for the russian killer whale and I have a soft spot for grumpy OCs.
