When I think of a monk I think of age and solitude, both of which you've catured very well in this work. You especially capture the solitude with the narrow DOF.

i like it great lighting and perfect focus, but on the left at the bottom near his hand you can see that you croped out whatever he was sitting on. it's fine the way it is but i think it would have a greater effect if you just therw is in to photoshop and airbrused it out other then that good job.

Wow! The spiderwebs are really pretty, the way the light reflects on them. Gives a very nice look.. Gives the feeling that the statue was abandoned or something. Good visual path too!

This is SUCH a beautiful photo! I love the perspective and the way the the light falls on his head. Hmm...Great with the spider's web too. Are you trying to symbolize that the ways the church is outdated? Or quite the opposite...that the ancient look represent wisdom?! Or something else entirely? ...None-the.less, I really enjoy this one. A beautiful picture regardless of its meaning.
