Brilliant, as usual. Your execution of form and ephemeral movement is just awesome all the time.

It's quite mesmerizing. I adore the softness of the piece, and how the shapes and contrast smooth into the dark. Amazing work, like always.

This has to be my favorite rabbit of all of yours- the depth, design, and symbols. I love his face

I love the weight the shades carry in this piece. The white and black, though separate, both have a definite presence and really bring out the multidimensional-ism *rt364 mentioned Great job!
Btw, was it hard deciding when to officially put this piece down for good? I get into trouble over working pieces and I know a lot of other people do too. Is it just that 'the piece tells me when it's done' sort of thing or do you have a certain point you reach when you know if you keep going you'll just ruin it?

Thank you very much!!!
It is difficult to say when a piece is "finished". It definitely is a thing of experience knowing when to stop. I often work to a point and stop and look, sometimes leaving the artwork for a few hours or day or so. When I come back to the artwork, I look to see if it needs something more or if something needs changing. On this piece in particular I worked on it little by little adding and changing until I finally felt like it was time to stop, I also didn't want to lose much more of the exposed raw linen. I also had to stop because it was time to give the painting to the pair of friends.

What makes this a favorite of mine is the multidimensional-ism. Every time you look at it you see something different.
