And as to the question of what happens to those who use the death note (Cant go to heaven or hell blah blah blah) I believe we become shinigami, because the shinigami realm is awful, a fitting punishment i guess

Yeah well... ALL the rules are on 68 pages. I have them all scanned into my PC so if you really need them,I can upload them all in one big rar file.
I never thought of where we go if we use the Death Note.Maybe you're right.
The shinigami world is pretty damn ugly and too harsh for humans so maybe it's a good punishment.At least it's a punishment for us,but maybe for the shinigami isn't. XD Maybe they torture us,or even worse...they force us to watch Justin Bieber and Hannah Montana on the TV!!!
