I've decided to start teaching myself to make games, but that also means I would have to learn how to create animations. So I started with this simple running animation as a placeholder for a character while I'm testing everything out. I still have yet to make the animations for the other possible directions but I plan on finishing those soonRelated content

I just used photoshop for this but I'm sure you could make something similar in most drawing programs. I'm not sure how you would set it up into a .gif format though since I'm only familiar with photoshop's method of doing it. But I'm sure there's a way
