Was taking a good long stroll down memory lane and stumbled upon the Power Rangers! a series that was awesome in my youth, but close to completely ridiculous today!
It did however inspire me to draw some character designs for a fictive animated version!
I changed the characters a bit.Thought they should be younger, from age 15 to 18 (high school kids) and they shouldn't all be long, slender and perfect looking. They should be normal.. with problems, attitudes, skin colors etc.

I like this , great job. I too liked power rangers as a like although the one i watched was Power Rangers SPD. Out of boredom i watched one episode online a while back and could not believe how lam it was. i think Power Rangers would probaly work as a cartoon, might make it more beleivable.

excatly! it has been a tv-show for far to long.. and a cheap-looking-one at that too.. If they animated it they could really capture the whole sci-fi universe better, as well as giant robots and what not!
Just look to shows such as generator rex, ben10 etc. great shows, long runs and alot of cool action! Or go all the way and be inspired by japanese anime! such as Avatar the last Airbender! super sweet animation style!

If it was animated it would be anime, since Power Rangers is adapted from Super Sentai which is Japanse; they'd be the ones to make it, we'd get a dub of that.

Nic, job. I love the Red Ranger having the shield it really makes sense and as much as I love the Green Ranger I think the White Ranger looks better.

freaking epic
love the use of the dragon shield on the red ranger alongside the white ranger
i like how you also aligned the suits more so that there are "dairanger" elements in the "zyuranger" suits (example, the bars on the top of the boots)
all up i think this is a really great reimaging, gets me excited for if this was a real series
