This is a Danny Phantom OC of mine that I spent a lot of time talking about, but never finished designing. Every time I designed him, he looked too much like Walker or the Ghost Police. I wanted him to look somewhat like Walker while the differences are still numerous and obvious. Eventually, I reached an ending I liked and this is him. Skip has white skin like Walker, but his uniform is blue. I'll remove the lettering and give it a better background once I can color it.

Skip/Walker... you do understand my naming choice, don't you? Because both things are movements. Yeah...
