Confusionthick with filth
stirring in my blood
blinding me with its blood
twisting and turning into lies
holding me tightly to them
dragging me down
down, down, down
Not enough strength
to escape its grasp
becoming weaker with each move
soon enough it will be over
No more suffering for my heart
its cracked sillouette
allready fading into thick
shades of grey
fading into black

Nice work, but I think it sounds like part of a poem... like a middle or an end... rather than a complete piece. I think you should add to it.
