finished his design a while ago but couldn't upload bc it's also partly for an OC design contest in a german forum... but i got the response i can upload it now so, here he is^^There's also a detailed story and stuff but it's in german, too lazy to translate it rn..
However, I'm really proud of this character design and I like him a lot :3

I'm just amazed how you get all these wonderful ideas (and stories) for your characters. You have so many @_@ and I can't even think of a proper story (or at least a general profile) for one OC. >o<

But I'm sure you can do it too x3 Just try to look at the character and think about occupation for example... Or species. Than... What kind of time he lives in and who are characters that he could know etc. If you get the basics the rest often comes by itsself^^
