Following up the regular Sigmund redesign I updated his transformation.

Lore:
While traveling on the Preatorian as the ship doctor Sigmund found himself having to protect the crew after another Sigma-Type Gensis. Using his ability to manipulate organic material to counter his cyborg cousin.
Ultimately prevent his friends and innocent people from being rappidly decayed by the Cyborg Sigma he dug deep into himself and was able to establish dominance over his doppleganger and induced a fusion between the two. Something that ever Gensis can do thanks to their gentic makeup.

The resulting fusion created Sigmund's "Final Sigma" form, and in this new form his ability to manipulate Organic Material has been greatly inhanced, allowing him to effect a larger area and multiple targets instead of just one. He still mainly uses these powers for medicine and healing, and in combat he prefers to passify his opponents by manipulating their hormones and other chemical balances to passify them. It's a lot less horrific than causing them to rappidly age and have their flesh rott of their bones.
