well heres the final edition, the background was the kicker for me. it gives that final form a more eerie feel. Any way i decided to give this transformation a bit of a back story. Its basically an alternate ending to the final story in the shadow game where after defeating black doom and decided to uptake his birthright as the new black arm leader. Under his rule the black arms all evolved to posses more mobian apperances and qualities. And i'll be sure to upload all of shadow's subordinates
