Description
It's Drew! My stallion for ~LugiaAngel 's contest~Name: Drew
Age: Young Adult
Mate: None
Personality: Drew is a really nice stallion, but he isn't the most self-confident. He worries alot about what others think about him, especially mares. Drew can be very stubborn, and he doesn't like it when others tell him he's wrong, even though he knows he IS wrong. Drew tries his best to fit in with the crowd, and he wishes that he could find love. He also tends to smile alot.
Background history: Drew was raised by his cold, tough father is his herd. His mother was never known. As a colt he was often teased for being a "scaredy-horse".
Necklace: Drew's necklace grows warmer as he goes closer to the box that hold's Farelle's love, and gets cold as he moves away from it. When he reaches the box the glass will become so hot it melts away, leaving the key for Drew to use to open the box.
Story: Drew's hooves pounded the hallow ground as he raced across the dry, brown land. Were the other stallions still after him? He inhaled sharply as his necklace grew hotter and started to glow. I must be close. He ran faster, trying to ignore the pain as the necklace burned. I remember when I first saw this necklace, lying in the grass. It was weird, because it was like someone had put it there for me to find... he thought to himself. The stallion looked up sharply as he saw light ahead. Was he almost out? But as Drew reached the light he realized it was fire. A massive fire hedge stood tall in front of him. Should I go for it? He worriedly looked around trying to find another way around, but the fire extended out as far as he could see. Drew gulped. At least he would die trying. After all, a strange mare did come to me in a dream and tell me this was my destiny... but was she right? The stallion ran faster, his heart pumping. He closed his eyes and burst up and over the flames. He cringed as the fire licked his belly. The heat made him dizzy. Drew landed on the other side of the fire with a thud. A huge cloud of dust formed from his impact. I'm okay... the fire didn't burn me Drew shook out his mane, but he had the strange feeling that someone had been watching him this whole time. Drew glanced over his shoulders, but nobody was there. Hmm.. oh well... Drew broke into a gallop and went onwards. He could feel his necklace get even hotter now, and he looked down and saw it drip a tiny bead of melted glass. he must be there.
Sorry if that didn't make much sense!
