In TF2, Random crits can be calculated via math; but most players agree that for some reason, Medic seems to be the class that crits most often. For the longest time this baffled players, but the TF2 Comic may have finally given us the answer with the latest edition: "The Naked and the Dead"wiki.teamfortress.com/wiki/The⦠- Read it here.
So as it turns out, Mr. Ludwig actually has 9 souls (well 8, since he sold his own to the Devil long ago); but I think it stands to reason where he got the other 8 from. Suddenly, collecting and connecting the dots, the Medic's abilities all make sense; he borrows elements of all the other teammates:
- Scout's speed.
- Soldier's dedication.
- Pyro's insanity.
- Demo's obsession with destruction.
- Heavies strength.
- Engineer's intelligence.
- Sniper's senses.
- Spy's cunning.
Altogether make the single deadliest class in TF2. Mr. Ludwig, the unstoppable Mad Medic; with his sniping Crossbow, insanely powerful Melee combat, ability to match the speed of any class he pockets; and constant desire for more destruction. And they all give their power to ensure the Medic ALWAYS gets a critical hit.
