Candid: While Runt knows when to hold his tongue sometimes he can be quite blunt, especially in situations that have Others hesitating. Someone needs to step up sometimes, and he will do so without much promoting if need be.
Persevere: He can be quite stubborn at times, especially if their is a task that needs to be done. Despite what dangers it may hold of challenges, he likes to push through and keep moving forward.
Deceptive: Runt knows how to spin a tale, this goes along with how he spins lies as well, mostly to keep others at bay, or to get out of certain situations without too much of a scene.
Protective: With the rockets being all he has left Runt has found himself protective of it's members, especially after all he has lost.
Enigmatic: Runt keeps his views on things and certain parts of his past close to his chest so to speak. Doing his best to keep others as a careful distance, so despite being quite talkative and friendly, it's almost as if no one really knows him.
Sharp-witted: Runt is very smart and he used this to his advantage, both to keep people at bay and to assist those in the hideout in their daily lives, wanting to put his brain to use one way or another.
Bio: Runt while a natural fusion didn't really know His mother, only that she was a Delcatty on the shorter side. It seems he got his hight from her side of the family. His father a Ampharos was charged with is care, and later on his brother Dragon as well. His childhood wasn't the most steady, especially after Dragon hatched and they had another mouth to feed. He and his father argued pretty much daily about how they needed to stop moving and the dad should find a job. However these arguments culminated until one night their father left. Abandoning the young teen and his infant half brother. From then Runt snuck into town to use his cute looks to get scraps of food, and even stealing if he had too. He wanted to keep his brother fed above anything, Dragon was his main priority, even now he is. One of these thieving escapades however ended with Runt stealing from a rocket grunt, and leading them back to the small abandoned shed he and Dragon used as shelter. Forced between a beating or joining Rocket. Runt of course chose joining Team Rocket, he was too malnourished to put up a good fight, and his brother was too young to truly fight back yet. That however was years ago. Now almost an adult Runt is a proud member of Team Rocket, using his cute charm to distract people during missions or to catch enemies off guard. He and his brother stayed close even as things got a bit harry during the base move. As Runt pulled away from his brother and tried making other friends the relationship between the brothers started to strain until one day Dragon and Runt got into an argument, about what? No one fully knows except Runt, but it ended in Dragon running off from the new bas . Runt hesitated before following after, presumably having at first to try and get him to come back to the base. Yet that was.....months ago. And now Runt has finally come back, grown now into a Delcatty/Flaaffy, half his face marred by two distinct scars that barely miss his left eye. He's a lot quieter then he used to be, accepting the fact he has to start new once.more with a quiet grace. He doesn't mention his brother much, and when he does he gets quiet before changing the subject to something else, even if it's frivolous. He had taken a more serious stance to being a rocket, clearly determined to prove he won't be leaving again.
