HAPPY BIRTHDAY okay lemme start off by saying that

I drew the left Chirp Boo like 6 months ago pfftha HA, fail

I did everything else, Bugaboo, effects and text included, just last night because i've been working on something bigger lately

Chirp is a self-proclaimed 'master' of the vast knowledge of evil known solely as the "Dark Arts." He is a well-balanced fighter, just watch for his tail - he attacks with quick punches and headbutts but when he starts using his tail
*no time to feel pain, he numbs his foe with swift electrified tail slashes
then he goes back into comboing and you know what happens after that, have any of you played a video game that hailed from the genre of fighting? SSBB etc

personally i think he's overpowered because he has lightning attacks and bizarre appearification magic [that you guys know Succumbus uses? yeah]
Exhibit A: In Paper Mario Bros. WTF Saga, there is an unknown force that constantly drops grand pianos on top of Mario. And for no reason, furthermore to no other character does this happen. I do have my reasons for that

he has two special forms, a dark form *duh* and something called "Soul Mode" in which he curls up in a spinning lightning ball and darts all over the place uncontrollably UNLESS

*if any of you have seen Super Mario Bros. Z on youtube NO LINKS, how long has that series been out, you really should have seen it by now, suRELY YOU ALL KNOW that Sonic the Hedgehog is capable of turning into a ball *Chirp, as a ball, can be used as a "combo weapon" . *volleying back and forth between partners and then spiked at the enemy, Chirp deals certain amounts of damage depending on teamwork type WHO CARES, MOVE ON ALREADY

Bugaboo the Boo is as a boo, she wanted me to draw this for her birthday and yeah

Her backstory is as follows:

Shadow Queen has a weapon of choice: the Blade of Void; she uses it in a battle against her rival Succumbus in the Saga

Given that, ...the Queen's rival was the creator of the Blade of Void

One of her rival's followers participated in the sword's creation. Unfortunately during the magically-forged lightblade's enchantment, the light of the Blade was forced out by the dark powers forever assimilated in Succumbus's magic
the blade was to be forged for the Queen by her rival, who she for some reason enjoys sparring with. Succumbus uses a whip, she made the sword for the Shadow Queen - she also adored her servant Zera and wanted the Queen to protect her in times of strife with the Mage.

Succumbus put her feelings for her rival and sidekin-angel into the Blade's enchantment, (talks in circles) and the blade was originally supposed to be a "...rather, funny shade of magenta" and because she screwed up the transfer because of her constant practices in black magic the blade turned black and instead was engulfed in white flames

Her love for the unlikely duo was pure, it was how she truly felt toward Zera before she turned dark - the light had its own life essence all the while

Succumbus gave this sword to the Queen anyway, her only begotten light lost in eternal wandering, never even given a life
the light died and descended, the spirit not having done its deed for passing into the Overthere and instead wandering in the Forest of the Unknown for quite a few years after absconding from the Underwhere

this wandering spirit one day met someone of the same shape and shade...

so in a complicated fit of love, basically

bugaboo is the living undead embodiment of Succumbus’s desire to create the Blade of Void, a symbol of generosity originally made from her ironic affection toward her rival
