EDIT: I've fixed the image, according to Ebony's instructions, so tell me if it looks any better~Haha, This is Lucifer, floating on a breeze~ I found a tutorial on how to draw clouds in GIMP, so I tried it out, and decided to put Lucy in it. xD Anyway, it's not my best, and I know there's a bunch of things that are WAY off, like the nose and the paws, but practice makes permanent, and I'll keep practicing!
Advice, constructive critique, and comments are all greatly appreciated.

Haha, thankies~ I was really just experimenting on the clouds, and I was like 'I can just post a bunch of clouds, let's put in Lucifer!' XD

Oh! Thank you! I've had to take screenies, because I couldn't save it as a JPEG and vice versa. I can't get my scans to stay layered, they all smash together into a JPG file.

Awsomely done! I love the clouds! I have a suggestion to make your picture look as clear as possible.
When you go to save your picture on GIMP, go to Save As. Once there a window will pop up, in the top it should say Untitled. Type the name you want to save it as then at the bottom of the window it should have a little plus sign + in a box next to which it says, Select File Type. Click the plus sign and the window will drop down. When it does look for the words JPEG image somewhere in the middle.
Once you do that click save and another window will pop up with a bar that you can slide and it says above it some percentage. In front of the bar is should say quality. Slide the bar until the percentage says 100% and then click ok. Now your picture will have the best quality it can! It should look all pixilated like mine used to
I know that is a lot of directions but its something that helps my art! Maybe it will make your awsome work even more awsome!! XD
