I do think this is too dark, but only because the darkness has a graininess to it....I think the pose is fantastic, complementing your wonderfully curvy, sexy body, but the cropping disturbs me....

If you add sepia that will normally 'lift' a picture

If you download a programme from google called Picassa (EXCELLENT basic programme) it has 2 filters in effects

Sepia

Warmify

If you have a programme with a colour wheel add 3 red 2 yellow 1 magenta

Sepia goes way back with photography & was used to convert the silver in a print into 'another' salt because silver remains light sensitive & will fade with time

It was also the default colour in Gum Printing & the negative colour of Iron(ferro) printing

(theses are forerunners of conventional BW print)

Bet you're even more confused!!!!!!!!!!

no actually Im not. I know exactly what youre saying. I'm very smart and sometimes breaking it down like you did is exactly what I needed. I have used Picassa before. I recommend it to everyone with a PC but I have a Mac and I haven't checked it with Mac OS X yet. I have iPhoto and Photoshop CS2, which I'm still getting used to. I'll have to check on Picassa for Mac though. Thanks.

As an old PHOTOGRAPHER I don't like PS because it assumes I'm a scientist or programmer

After a great deal of thought i realised that INVERT means Negative but any photographer uses the word negative

I use Picassa & Adobe Photo Deluxe 2 which came free with my 1st scanner 10 years ago

I even bought an old PC from Oxfam running on 98(60 Euro) because XP is not too keen on it(& I needed a machine on the upper floor too, to catalogue & store 300 beerglasses that I'm selling on eBay)

The inner city of BRUGGE is a UNESCO World Heritage site, like The Taj Mahal, Stonehenge & Venice

Not to be missed

Certainly part of Backpacker Europe

With a bunch of Backpacker Hotels

(not that I should be encouraging tourists)

I do think it's a bit dark...and for this specific shot I think the model should be a bit more centered...but I do still like what I see

it is a bit dark. I know this. I just have so much to do and I don't want to spend a lot of time editing. If you want to edit something than feel free to. But if you post it on your page shoot me some credits. If you do do something than I'll give you my email. Lemme know.

The darkness is great. I like the grain and the feel of the overall contrast. The composition could use a little work. Cutting off the tip of the nose and that little bit of wall on the left make it a little awkward. They feel less purposeful than even the ripples in the fabric which create a nice direction and create interest in the bottom half of the pic since the focus is balanced at the top. The model is great, the low contrast creates some nice curves and shape. Just work on your composition and cropping.

my composition is ok-ish. Its a lot better than my cropping. Thanks for the feedback though. I really do appreciate it.
