Insane pony, yay!
Eris here has a split personality. Her 'sister', Idris, is somewhat emotionless and often takes things a bit too literally; she often fails to understand the mindsets and mannerisms of 'normal' (neither place much value, if any, in the designation of 'normal'; everypony is distinctly different) ponies. Eris herself is extraordinarily chaotic, as her name suggests, and has endless fun confusing others. Eris's eyes are a bright silver and Idris's are a pale gold. Both eye colors are somewhat luminous.
Cutie Marks: Both are based on her view of 'the system' (society and how things are done 'normally') as clockwork. Eris loves to mess with society, ergo the oddly-shaped silver gear preventing the system's gears to turn properly. Idris's gold gear is separate and turns in the opposite direction as the system; she prefers to stand apart, and gains amusement from watching society create its own messes.
