He's gorgeous, looks like they clipped his wings, I didn't know zoo's did that but I suppose they'd have to !

He is. And acually I didn't notice that... but yeah I guess they would have to be, especially since they kept them is this one area, kindof like a little island so people can't go touch them and stuff but you can still be pretty close, and they aren't inclosed in any type of cage or anything. They basically just say on perches/tree like things that were on these island looking thing (I say that because they put water between the ground you walk on and what they are on) with a small rope/fence to keep people form going onto it.
