An OC I really love and wanted to play with a little. She's very odd looking and I never knew how to describe her, so I finally decided to try and get more artsy with my digital stuff. I drew her eyes, the weird pupil she has and her hair ontop of a base of the body and dress.Oh, and she's supposed to have wings but, yeah, not gonna try that. XD
