This is either a Great-tailed grackle or a Boat-tailed grackle, it depends on where this was taken. You can compare the range maps here: www.allaboutbirds.org/guide/gr… www.allaboutbirds.org/guide/bo… If this was taken along the western Gulf Coast (the only place where these two species overlap), it is a Great-tailed grackle, for those have light eyes in that area. Gorgeous bird
