Description
It dances in the moonlightThe shimmering is quiet a sight
And it is what i have to fight
My hand squeezes around it
And all I want to feel is it's bite
There are times when I see no light
And it looks alright when i forget my fight
I've tapped out to worse
And am meant to ride in a hearse
It couldn't get any worse
I feel pain
Coming down like a heated rain
Wasn't this why they want to train
Our brains
To accept the disdain?
I fought for too many years
And known too many fears
Yet i keep coming back through my tears
If knew too much
And loved too much
I would be the blind man in the bunch
I can not follow blindly
Yet here i see it dancing wildly
And yet here in the wilderness of my mind
I find her dancing on these silver lines
She eases my mind
And helps me to find
That light
We dance under the moon
And my heart begins to swoon
I hope it won't end too soon
But the fates
They seem to hate
And have tresspassed of late
I know what I am
No need to have my face slammed
Against the floor again
The one who reaches for me
Expriences my pain bound three
For I fear that dance in the moonlight
But for her I won't give up the fight
As long as she doesn't leave my sight
