I wanted you to know I'm fine.That I had to draw that line
Here and now before I lose my mind
I looked at a picture of us today
It brought about alot of dismay
What can I say
You left me this way
In the middle of the day
Saying you were scared to say
But it's because of you that I am
This way!
In that picture we were both smiling
Happy alive in love but you were lying
And inside my eyes
I could see I was dying
I knew six months after you left me
That it wouldn't last forever
Why was I to stubborn to see
There was no you-and-me
There was only what you wanted me to be
The manipulating
The screaming
The anger
Decieving
It was driving me insane
How was I to explain
And then you stabbed me
My heart was slain
So I wanted you to know
That I'm doing fine,
I did my time,
Even though it was not my crime.
