He knelt at the graveTrying to act brave
The creature who had saved him
On that faithful day
Was gone
His mind wandered back
To the day
That
His Village was attacked
His parents told him to run
Far from
The home he had known
For evil had come
But he could not stay
Away from
His home
So like a child
He roamed back
To see the creature attack
And he wanted to strike back
So he grabbed
A sword
And headed
Back
To attack
The creature
Whose senseless act
Took away his home
And made the child
All alone
He stood at the entrance
To the cave
Where the creature slept
And he went towards it
As he wept
His parents were gone
And all of it wasn't known
He couldn't keep
From letting the tears sweep
He didn't feel sad as he crept
Oh how that creature slept
It almost made the child forget
Then the creature awoke
And the child was too shook
Who dares enter my lair
They best be saying their last prayer
Oh how the child wished he was a slayer
So it is a child
Only oh so mild
Where did you come from
Surely not the wild
No
I didn't come from there
I came from the village
That you laid bare
Oh so you came from there
Well listen to me here
What you saw
Came from the humans flaw
Their obsession to destroy everything
They ever saw
The child was confused
Had his species truly misusedWhat ever they saw
The child didn't care
He brought his sword to bare
And then he felt fear
The dragon's message was clear

Ordained the dark fathers pride
And so This child became
What the humans thought was profane
