Description I lay open
My soul torn rotten
My eyes black and sunken

You had given life to me
Made me to see
What it is I could be
Driven under the black sea

You gave me free will
And yet you still
Want to make me blind
Bind me in my own hell this time

Darkness you lent me your hand
Saying you would take me to a better land
Where I wouldn't have to fend
Against my own kin

Blind is the light you gave to me
I turn against and choose to see
What was this creature I was born to be
Festering anger lies inside as I plea

Unknown to alot
There is a hand in our plots
Living sheltered in the darkness snug

Plain as time
Hand in this rhyme
Being the scapegoat to my crime
