The markThe pain
The one that strikes to the brain
Left in the mouth
Sour to the taste
And to veins we must make haste
Mark me again
Give me that pain
Ride the lightning
I feel my blood drain
The ink covers my flesh
And I can not rest
The itch itself
Creeps up from the abyss
I can point to one
And know what is shown
These marks they make
People debate
Is he the product of satan
With his ink left blazon
But I'm here to say
Every one of them has a story
In its own way
Marked I am
So I'll never forget
What there is not to regret

one more thing now that i'm going to bed i prefer tattoos over piercings i don't know why it's an aesthetic thing i think but both convey pain and the same emotions, their both body mods but now i'm rambling again thank you

true enough they can heal, and tattoos can't which is why when i do get tats i make sure their meaningful which is also why i only have two to date

There are other ways to show meaningfulness (is that even a word?) without exposing yourself to a possible risk of cancer.
But that's just my opinion. ^^

No i understood what you were saying hun and there are, I was just stating because of the health scare that happens in the states and what not, it seems like almost anything can cause cancer or so it seems. I'm sorry if I made it seem like I was being sarcastic or anything

But just because alota things can cause cancer doesn't mean you get tattoos and eat fast food every day and get laser something i dunno.
And keep saying "well everything causes cancer so this wont hurt" and it'll end up killing you.

no i know the risk i'm taking and i'm not just doing it to avoid cancer, I see it as I want to do it it is a part of me
Trust me, i've had plenty of friends die because i have cerebral palsy, i'm not just doing it to avoid something and i actually hope to make a mark on the world with my writing, or end up helping people because there isn't enough of that now or days anyway rambling again
