Description
An attempt to make my character somehow badass.XP Yay for swirly action lines! Yah, this move is probably called something more standardly dramatic like "DEATH GYRO" or some crap. Shadow sinks into his own shadow and then pops out spinning at his opponent.
Nasty little attack, eh? Very animatable, if you get my drift.
Done in pencil and charcoal.

This actually reminds me of the somersault slashing technique from the original Ninja Gaiden series. Nice job with the detail, perspective, and sense of motion...looks like he's about to inflict some serious damage, both targeted and collateral.

Attempt success! 8D; Of course Shadow's just plain cool, let's face it. I like the motion you've achieved here; I think when doing speed lines, one is often tempted to slosh them on excessively...in this case, I think the effect is quite striking. Nice work implying all that disturbance around him ;D!

I love it! You just know he's chanted some horrifically long-worded name for the technique, now he's charging up. He'll attack and his opponent will be somehow stunned, no matter how long it took to set up that attack
No seriously, it's awesome. I really like the angle, and the shading makes it appear that he's sucking in energy from his surroundings to make this bad-ass move!
