Lups participated in many battles, such as the first battle of Geonosis, Felucia, Ryloth, Mygeeto, among other battles.

After Lups and all the other clones joined the rebel alliance, Lups and his brothers even confronted the 1229th legion now made up of only humans and defeated it in a bloody battle.
Even after this battle many clones survived thanks to their greater experience and skill in the war, Lups after that battle was right that the empire was now much weaker without the clones
