The Really Rottens are nothing but big Cheaters and they are the Bad Guys.
Mumbly is the Twin Cousin of Muttley and the Dread Baron is the Twin Brother of Dick Dastardly and they appeared in the Laff-a-Lympics Comics made by Marvel.
Mumbly had appear in his own TV Show called "The Mumbly Cartoon Show" and he was a Detective, but the Dread Baron and the villains only appeared in "Laff-a-Lympics".
He and Mumbly both appear in a Movie called "Yogi Bear and the Magical Flight of the Spruce Goose" as the Main Villains.
The Really Rottens had won the Laff-a-Lympics in the final episode and the three teams both scored in 80 and got three golden medals, too.
