I think this is a wonder picture.  This"little one"looks very relaxed and quite accepting of the world around him/her although a bath might be in order.  What is up with the Pink Collar?  Lighting and shadows are great, although it is my humble uneducated opinion a bit much on the "little one" as the fur seems to wash out a little?

Background is Sharp.  The Person to the left is an attention grabber.  Colors are very good.  The sidewalk looks clean like after a rain! 

The picture has a fresh feeling to it.

I give it a 4.2 on a scale from 0 to 5, with 5= speechless that means above and beyond excellent.

But hey thats just MY Opinion
