An updated design ref for of his character.I rather like how it came out. Done on my new tablet (which I'm still having a ton of problems with thus am much slower but I'll get i eventually)

Waterproof's new look really makes it appear more tentacle-y. Those flat flaps it had growing from the shoulder blades gave it an odd look. The flat tail still remains and I am completely OK with that.
It gives off a sense of pride in that officer uniform.

I actually liked the flat flaps from before o3o since it was more Qwuedevivlike. This is more Qahrburboxis like.

I really like the shinyness you've given Waterproof, really shows that it is indeed a furless and slick creature. Even though the shine has occured earlier, it's nice to have it as an official part of them. *nods* Very squid kitty, much tentacles. Star approves, star approves.
Also I do like that the stripes is plentiful. o3o I can't remember if they were plentiful like this in the old ref, but it looks better than before.
