When he completed 1000, his father wanted him to be the leader of the clan, but he needed to have all nine tails,and his dna slowed the development of his tails.his father gets tired of him and abandons him.
Now he lives alone in a house on the florest,sometimes playing with his powers,sometimes going out to the city,trying to make some friends
