For Miss.Part of ~e-l-l-i-m-a-c 's Secret Santa! Woo hoo!
So this is *seiracchi 's character, Dorian Vicari. He's described to be shy, pretty quirky AND exist in a futuristic world.
Normally when I'm given the idea of a futuristic world and gun shooting I run off to create the most dynamic picture possible. But it didn't feel right with this character. I sort of wanted to combine the harsh and complicated world of technology with his sort of softer personality. Thus, this was born. Yipee!
